Reorders and Special Services

This order form may be used only after a purchase of or from the original package.  A billfold print from the original package must be included with the order.  There is a $20 surcharge if no purchase is made from the original package.  There is a $10 surcharge if no billfold print is available and for orders placed by phone, email or fax.

If you are ever dissatisfied with your prints we will remake them or refund your money.

All prices include first class postage and any applicable sales tax.

Original Finish

These are prints identical to the ones in the original package.  These are produced in 8x10 sheets.

Quantity Prints

These are the same as Original Finish except that the minimum order is 10 sheets in the same size and pose. 

10 sheets would be 10-8x10s, 20-5x7s, 40-31/2x5s or 80 billfolds.

Digital Files

All of the images from one sitting can be purchased for $25.00 for the first sitting and $15.00 for each additional sitting ordered at the same time. This is includes poses not used for your original packages and any enhancements we may have made to print your package.  The price is the same regardless of the number of poses.  These images will be in the form of jpeg digital files and can be used by most photofinishers or to order prints from us at a later date.  All copyrights are included with the purchase of these images.

Wall Prints

These prints are mounted on double weight board and protected with a coat of lacquer, available in either a glossy or matte finish.  If you do not specify which finish we will use the matte finish.

Black & White Prints

Black and white prints can be ordered as either 8x10 sheets or as wall prints.  8x10 sheets are available in the same sizes as the original prints above.  Wall prints are mounted and lacquered.

Retouching

Retouching is not available on original packages but is available on reorders.  Standard facial retouching, removing blemishes and softening wrinkles is $20.00 per negative plus $10.00 per additional person for groups.  A group of two would be $30.  More extensive retouching can be done.  Please call or write for a quote.

 Posters

These are rolled up in a tube and mailed. This is not the same type or quality as our Wall Prints.

Our Posters are 17x22 with a matte finish. Up to two lines of text can be added at no extra charge. Please specify the color of the text.

Please allow 3 weeks for delivery of prints and 2 weeks for delivery of negatives.
